Q: What is the difference between CLASSIC, HYBRID, & VOLUME?
Classic lashes are a 1:1 ratio when it comes to application. They are a bit thicker of a diameter so they give the wearer a “mascara” look without the mascara. They are really good for people with a lot of natural lashes and stronger natural lashes. I will put one extension on each natural lash so the sets look darker, a bit thicker, and definitely give you enough of a dark lash line to not need mascara!
Hybrid lashes mix classic lashes (above) with volume added in to give the set a bit more texture and fullness. Volume means I am hand-making fans with very light weight, smaller diameter lashes and adhering them to your natural lash. So there is a mixture of about 30% classic lash extensions and 70% volume lash extensions to create a fluffier, thicker, darker lash line.
Volume lashes are a set with all hand-made fans. This set is an excellent choice for anyone who doesn’t have a lot of natural lashes or their natural lashes are not as thick or strong. I typically vary my vans to create texture and fullness and length. This can be a very natural look, especially for us ladies over 40 who have lost some of the natural density of your lashline. *Now, if you do have a lot of natural lashes and want volume that will give you a thick and lush lash line which is GORGEOUS!

Q: How long does a full set take? What about a fill?
My full sets take about 2 hours and my fills are a little over an hour. My clients usually come back every 3 - 3.5 weeks for fills. For a complete price list and availability, please head to my online booking site.
Q: I was “allergic” to the extensions I had somewhere else, will that happen again?
If it was a true allergic reaction (immediate swelling and intense discomfort, redness and itching), I am sorry to say but you will have that reaction again. But, if you just had some itching or redness and it lasted for a little while, you probably have sensitivities to lashes (often due to other allergy issues depending on the season). There are many things I can do to source out what the culprit is and steps I can take to mitigate the sensitivity. If you have had issues in the past, let’s talk and see what we can do!
Am I a good candidate for lash extensions?
Most likely yes! Unless you are undergoing chemotherapy or have large gaps in your lashes from loss, we can definitely proceed with crafting a beautiful set for you.
Do extensions harm my natural lashes?
Definitely not! With proper application and products, there is no chance of damage. I have several clients that have been my client for my entire lash career and their natural lashes are still going strong!
Do you have “sensitive” glue?
No, and despite what is marketed, there isn’t a “sensitive” glue. Every glue has cyanoacrylate (the component that most commonly causes glue sensitivities) and therefore will/can cause an allergic reaction if you have had one before. I do use a glue that is ink-free and free of chemical preservatives.
What type of lashes do you use?
I use a variety of brands but have many, many different curls, weights, thickness levels, and even have brown lashes!
Can I exercise, swim, sweat, do all the normal things I love with extensions?
Yes! All good. I have aftercare tips I will share to make sure your lashes last as long as possible but there is nothing you can’t do with lashes!
